When you submit a request for an estimate or a general inquiry through our contact forms, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information.User Responsibility: You hold full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and validity of the information you submit. We cannot be held liable for delayed or inaccurate estimates resulting from incorrect information provided to us.

4. No Automatic Service Contract

Submitting an inquiry, requesting an estimate, or receiving an automated confirmation receipt does not constitute a binding service contract. A formal agreement for painting services is only established once a written quote is explicitly accepted and signed by both the client and an authorized RiteKote Painting representative.

5. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All material on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and overall website design, is the intellectual property of RiteKote Painting or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The information on our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
